2. Training Programs and Services

All training programs and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Participation in training programs requires signing additional waivers and agreements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law.

3. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to train safely. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any training program. FAMA Asia Muay Thai is not liable for any injuries sustained during training.

4. Payment and Refunds

All fees must be paid in advance of services. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase for unused services. No refunds will be issued for partially used services or missed classes. Special circumstances may be considered at management's discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our code of conduct, which includes respecting instructors, fellow students, and facility rules. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of safety protocols may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FAMA Asia Muay Thai and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

FAMA Asia Muay Thai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
